This template ships with a working enquiry form. This page explains what a visitor’s submission does, and it is written to be edited rather than adopted as it stands.

What is collected

The enquiry form on this site collects the name, email address and the free-text details a visitor chooses to enter. Nothing else is collected by the form, and there is no account, no login and no payment on this site.

Framer, which hosts this site, collects aggregate analytics about page visits. That data is not tied to a named individual by this site.

What it is used for

A form submission is used to reply to the enquiry it describes. It is not added to a mailing list and is not shared with a third party for marketing.

Replace this paragraph with your own practice before publishing. If you do add a newsletter, say so here and ask for consent on the form itself.

How long it is kept

Enquiry submissions are retained for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. State your own retention period here.

Your rights

A visitor may ask what you hold about them, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Give a working contact address for those requests and answer them within the period your jurisdiction requires.
